Refund Policy

At SodaHouse LLC, every drink and menu item is made fresh to order. Because of the nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared or picked up.

Order Accuracy

If there is a problem with your order, please notify a team member immediately at the time of pickup or service. We will gladly correct the issue by remaking the item to ensure you receive the product you ordered.

Online Orders

For orders placed through our website or online ordering platform, all sales are considered final once the order has been prepared. If an error occurs on our end, we will work with you to remake the item or provide store credit when appropriate.

Customer Ordering Errors

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (including incorrect drink selections, modifications, or quantities) may not be eligible for a refund. Our team may offer a remake or store credit at our discretion.

Event, Catering, and Large Orders

Orders for mobile events, catering, or large pre-orders require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation to receive a refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund due to product preparation and scheduling commitments.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Policy Enforcement

SodaHouse LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds if this policy is abused or if claims cannot be reasonably verified.
